Description:
Mitres by Design - a swatch is knitted in the class. This teaches you how to knit a mitre. Very simply - in stripes. So we look at how to join a colour into the knitting and secure ends. Then we pick up stitches to create the next Mitre. Once we have this understanding we start to increase stitches into the Mitre - which is how you add flare or A line shaping to a garment. Materials: 4mm ndls, two contrasting colours of Wool - you need to be able to see your stitches (not Mohair or multi coloured/ black/navy yarns). One double pointed needle OR circular ndle 3mm or smaller.
