Description:
Mitres by Design Class A swatch is knitted in the class, and this teaches you how to knit a mitre. It's very simple and is done in stripes, so we look at how to join a colour into the knitting and secure ends. Then we pick up stitches to create the next Mitre. Once we have this basic understanding we start to increase stitches into the Mitre - which is how you can add flare or A-line shaping to a garment.

Materials: 4mm ndls, two contrasting colours of Wool - you need to be able to see your stitches (which means no Mohair or multi coloured/ black/navy yarns). One double-pointed needle OR circular ndle 3mm or smaller. If you are staying for the afternoon INTARSIA class please bring lunch.

Jane has an exciting range of classes in a variety of techniques. You have chosen
1. Mitres by Design

and you can also look at

2. Intarsia Knitting
3. Fit & Style

If you're in Australia you can book and pay online for these classes by clicking on the links above or here. If you in the USA, please email Jane for further details.
