I finally found a cotton to meet my needs. It's great for those who can't wear wool and wonderful for Spring.
The image in Pink is a combination of Cotton/Silk & Mohair and has a stunningly soft handle. My Fan, Bell & Cable Cardigan is finished with Mother of Pearl buttons. I also have this design in soft blue and watermelon.
The Fan, Bell & Cable has just the right combination of tradition with a quirky little hemline split centre back and into each front. The button cuff is an optional extra.

This small market is located in a great, people-friendly venue with easy parking or a gentle walk from the train. The core group of stallholders are displaying and selling handbags, shoes, knitwear, table linen, jewellery and liberty prints cotton shirts.

The Hour Glass Cowl/ Wrap

As with many of my patterns there are two options. Below centre knitted in Grey in Azteca Fine on 6mm needles, firstly knitted circular and then back and forth to create the split over the shoulder: this Cowl version is fringed on two edges.
The Mutli-Bright is fringed on all four sides and keeps with the hour glass shape. It's a chunky Azteca and is knitted on 8mm needles. |
